If managers fail to identify the present existing problems ofthe project and cann’t take timely measures to solve them, influenced by correspondingrisks, the normal planning and construction may be affected.According to the clue of risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, thispaper first analyses the concept and characteristics of risk, the process and nature of riskmanagement based on the summary of ralated researches on risk management; thenmakes a brief introduction of stereoscopic parking-maintaining-lot of public transit hubin Changsha Wangchengpo, and indentifies its risks from two aspects of controllablerisk and uncontrollable risk. The uncontrollable risks include political risk, social risk,force majeure risk, while the controllable risks include construction management risk,environmental risk, personnel risk, the risk of the project stakeholders, technical risk.After that, compared various methods of risk evaluation, this paper makes use ofAnalytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) todetermine the weight of risk indicators and the grade of construction risk of the project,and establishes a project risk assessment index system; Finally, based on the AHP andFCE, this paper focuses on the related risk, including government and social risk, forcemajeure risk, construction management risk, environmental risk, personnel risk andtechnical risk, to proceed risk management, and then put forward to correspondingstrategies.
