Study On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Software Industrial Virtual Cluster

With the development of information technology and the deepening globaleconomic integration, it is difficult for traditional geographic centralized softwareindustry cluster to take advantage of global business resources, which causes theproblems of lack of market demand. In addition, software product almost completelydependent on network transmission, this specific characteristic makes a new form oforganization--Software Industrial Virtual Cluster (SIVC) emerged. It breaks thetraditional regional restriction and uses the convenience of highly efficientinformation transmission speed, which consists of software enterprises from differentregions, government, colleges, and scientific research insitutuions, etc.This paper adopts the GEM model theory, analyzes influencing factors of SIVCcompetitive from the aspect of grounding, enterprise and market, and designs theoriginal evaluation index system of SIVC competitiveness and details the GEMmodel, the index system is revised by the expert surveys, and corrected andoptimized by cluster analysis and partial correlation coefficient. Finally, the scientificand reasonable evaluation index system of SIVC competitiveness is set up. On thebasis, Shanghai SIVC is taked as an empirical research and its competitiveness isevaluated, in the end development strategies of Shanghai SIVC is proposed.Evaluation on SIVC competitiveness is the core content of software industry virtualcluster. Through the comprehensive evaluation on SIVC competitiveness, it hasaccess to integrate the core ability of the companies and stimulates the developmentpotential of the cluster, which is beneficial to maintain competitive advantages for along time, makes cluster members get resources, technology and information timely,and achieve greater range of learning communication and innovation.Analyzing and evaluating on the SIVC competitiveness has two meanings: forone thing, the paper establishes an appropriate evaluation index system and proposesan applicable evaluation method of SIVC competitiveness, and deepens the theoretical study of industrial competitiveness, which in order to find new ideas ofSIVC development. For another, it is beneficial to recognize the situation, deficiencyand competitive advantage of SIVC competitiveness. It exerts an important practicalsignificance on enhancing the SIVC competitiveness, which makes the SIVCdevelop healthy.
