Research On The Coordination Mechanism Of Software Industrial Virtual Cluster

With the popularization of information technology and development ofsoftware industry, customer demand and software technology are becoming moreand more complex, and the quality of software products and services is rising. Atthe same time software products and services have the qualities of non-entity,knowledge-intensive and sharing, software industry cluster presents thevirtualization trends gradually. On this basis, a new kind of organization form,the Software industry Virtual Cluster (Software Industrial Virtual Cluster, SIVC)arises. Because of the fierce competition of software market, higher-yielding ofthe software industry and the qualities of SIVC, there is information, trust andbenefit distribution problems which need to coordinate in the operating processof SIVC. Therefore this dissertation constructs the coordination mechanism ofSIVC to coordinate all these problems effectively.Using the approaches of information transfer and information sharing andaccording to the level structures of members and information, this dissertationconstructs the information coordination model of SIVC based on Agent thoughtto coordinate the information interaction process among members. Byintroducing influence factors of cooperation earnings, earnings distributioncoefficient, risk cost and cost of bad faith, this dissertation builds evolutionarygame model in SIVC, analyzes evolutionary path and results, and proposes trustcoordination strategies. This dissertation constructs the benefit distributioncoordination model using the harmonious management theory and draws theharmonious interest distribution coefficient which takes input factors, risk factorsand subjective factors of the members into account. The harmonious interestdistribution coefficient coordinates the interest assignment problem of SIVC.Shanghai Software Industrial Virtual Cluster is taken as an empirical research. This dissertation coordinates the information, trust and benefit distributionproblems in the operating process of Shanghai SIVC and proposes thedevelopment strategies of Shanghai SIVC.Constructing the coordination mechanism of SIVC has two meanings: forone thing, the dissertation completes the coordination mechanism theory systemof SIVC and deepens the theoretical study of coordination mechanism, andprovides new ideas for the development of SIVC. For another, it is beneficial torecognize the situation and problems in the operating process of SIVC.Constructing the coordination mechanism of SIVC can guide the practice ofSIVC and promote the healthy development of SIVC.
