| With the coming of information society, software industry is developingrapidly. Small and medium-sized software enterprises based on the centralizedgeographical advantages form a large number of industrial clusters and exert theoverall competitive advantage and economic effect. Facing the globalizationlayout of the software industry chain, the software industry clusters graduallybreak through geographical restrictions, use the advanced internet technology,search for the worldwide resources, integrate software enterprises and relatedorganizations scattered around the world, expand the scale of cluster, finally formthe cross-regional virtual cluster--Software Industrial Virtual Cluster (SIVC).Innovation is important source of SIVC competitive advantage and dynamic ofcluster sustainable development. Members are easy to find partners in the clusterand cluster innovation has higher efficiency and less innovation risk, so design ofthe reasonable SIVC innovation mechanism has important theoreticalsignificance and practical significance to improve competition strength of thecluster and innovation ability of the members.Based on the existing research of software industrial cluster, virtualindustrial cluster, the necessity, urgency and feasibility of software industrycluster virtualization development is analyzed, the connotation of SIVC is putforward, and its characteristics and forming process are elaborated. Combiningthe innovation theory, the meaning of SIVC innovation is expound, SIVCinnovation advantages are analyzed and SIVC innovation mechanism is revealedbased on stimulus response model. SIVC innovation system is designed and thecomplexity is analyzed and measured based on the complex system theory.According to the principles of integrity and scientific, the overall framework of SIVC innovation mechanism is designed which consists of innovation dynamicmechanism, cooperation innovation mechanism and innovation diffusionmechanism.Based on induction and summary of SIVC innovation dynamic factors,structural equation model of SIVC innovation dynamic factors is built. Throughsimulation and optimization, the influence degree and mechanism of variousfactors on the SIVC innovation is revealed. According to the results of modelanalysis, the framework of SIVC innovation dynamic mechanism is put forward.SIVC innovation dynamic mechanism is composed of interest driving mechanism,competitive mechanism and intellectual property rights protection mechanism.From the viewpoints of SIVC cooperative innovation connotation and ways,based on partner selection, respectively from the perspective of three helix theoryand complex network theory, SIVC cooperative innovation mechanism isestablished. Firstly, SIVC partner selection principles, selection process is putforward, and based on multi-player theory, partner selection strategy is designed.Secondly, the triple helix theory is used to establish SIVC cooperative innovationmechanism of three kinds of members--the government, enterprises and researchinstitutes. Finally, from the perspective of complex network, the cooperationinnovation network evolution model is built based on the group characteristics ofSIVC cooperation innovation network. From two aspects of SIVC trustmechanism and risk prevention SIVC cooperative innovation mechanism isestablished based on complex networks.Combining SIVC innovation diffusion connotation and the diffusioncharacteristics such as time lag and hierarchy, the idea of infectious diseasespread is used to build SIVC innovation diffusion model. Through the simulation,the influence of various parameters on the SIVC innovation diffusion process isdiscussed. Based on the three stages of SIVC innovation popularizing process,SIVC innovation popularizing mechanism is built. Using the principal-agenttheory and collective learning theory, the incentive mechanism of SIVCinnovation diffusion is designed. The cluster attracts and encourages members toparticipate in the activities of innovation diffusion by providing appropriateincentives, and supervision and restraint of the behaviors of members.Based on the above research, changfeng open standard platform software alliance is taken as empirical research object in order to verify correctness andapplicability of SIVC innovation mechanism. Firstly, the background of thealliance and running situation of the interest driving mechanism, competitivemechanism and intellectual property rights protection mechanism are introduced.Secondly, through the description of changfeng alliance selection of cooperationpartner, triple helix and complex network cooperation innovation networkmechanism verifies the correctness of SIVC cooperative innovation mechanism.Finally, through the elaboration of innovation popularizing and innovationdiffusion incentive activities in changfeng alliance, the scientific andpracticability of SIVC innovation diffusion mechanism is verified.This dissertation research on SIVC innovation mechanism, aiming atguiding software industrial cluster virtualization development and promoting theoverall innovation ability of the cluster, a new idea and method of industrycluster innovation research is provided.
