Going to the twenty-first century, in the background of economic globalization and highly developed market, China’s tourism growth was achieved rapid development. The tourism industry of China has made rapid development.Under the policy guidance, the tourism industry’s strategic position in the national economy has been established, and improving the satisfaction of the tourist in the tourism has been the focus of attention.Tourist attractions are an important part of tourism resources, constitute the core elements of the tourism industry, and it is the perceived value of the direct carrier of tourists, also tourism activities constitute one of the most important elements. Obviously, the development of tourism must base on the tourist point of view, and concern potential tourists and tourists’perception. As a result, we need to study that the services of the tourist attractions provided is suitable for the appetite of tourists, that is, the match between the two states.This paper takes tourists’perception as research perspective and the tourist attractions as research object. It creates three models for the perception factor of tourist how to affect tourist attractions, tourist attractions how to response to the tourist, and the service factors of tourist attractions how to associate the perception factor of tourist. Then we use statistic methods to further testify proposed conceptual model. Also the paper reveals managerial implications to the tourist attractions based on the final conclusions.
