After reform and open policy, with the vigorous development of tourism, research on non-optimal tourism resource district begin to be taken into account, but most of scholars pay attention to phase of developing and planning, seldom with economic influences. Author think, if we could make target-oriented evaluation on non-optimal tourism resource district of economic influences, as well information feedback, and draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages then boost the economic development preferably while developing it. This article, take a study on non-optimal tourism resource district of economic influences base on the background and combination to the specific case county of Huoshan in Anhui, for the purpose of obtaining general conclusion of on non-optimal resource district of economic influences by tourism.First, taking summarize of related theory of non-optimal tourism resource district while reviewing related theory and method of tourism economic influences. Second, taking research by tourism multiplier based on data availability and method feasibility, and taking general introduction and evaluation on the related theory of tourism multiplier. Third, geographic area study—introduction of regional economies and tourism county of Huoshan in Anhui, choosing evaluation index and creating model of tourism multiplier, calculating related data of tourism county of Huoshan and obtaining composite index on income、consumption and employment then making analysis and illustration about counting result, combination quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and making an explanation by positive and negative direction respectively:Economic growth impetus, economic structure adjustment, regional economic development balance, city and countryside disparity reduction, and related profession development and employment opportunity increase by positive direction; Stimulation price rise, economical instability increasing the influence income and welfare of local residents by negative direction.
