Group decision making is a decision activity that decision makers make theirpreference information consistent according to certain rules. However, it is hardly to getthe consistent group decision opinion by experts in the actual decision making process, which is the experts level irregular and the preference great difference, thus it isparticularly important to evaluate the level of experts. In the previous group decisionmaking study, the information is usually the form of accurate number, fuzzy set, intervalnumber and linguistic, but they are a single number that they will loss of informationinevitable. In order to minimize the risk of information loss, intuitionistic fuzzy set isapplied in this thesis, which is represented three aspect information such as positiveinformation, negative information and hesitative information, and more accorded withpeople of information evaluation standard. In this thesis, the construction methods of intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measure andintuitionistic fuzzy entropy are introduced, and three methods are proposed according tothe assessment level of experts in multi-attribute group decision making based onintuitionistic information.Firstly, the background and current status of group decision making, the assessmentlevel of experts and intuitionistic fuzzy information are introduced. Secondly, the primaryconcepts of intuitionistic fuzzy set, intuitionistic similarity measure and intuitionistic fuzzyentropy are elaborated, and the construction methods of intuitionistic similarity measureand intuitionistic fuzzy entropy are presented. Thirdly, with respect to the assessment levelof experts in multi-attribute group decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzyinformation, introducing the multi-attribute group decision making intuitionisticinformation body (namely decision making information body), combining withintuitionistic similarity measure and intuitionistic entropy, three methods are put forward for the assessment level of experts in multi–attribute group decision making, namelystatistical analysis, ideal matrix analysis and intuitionistic entropy analysis, with which torank the assessment level of experts through an example, and the result proves the methodsfeasibility, validity and consistency. Finally, the whole paper is summarized, theadvantages and disadvantages of the current work are proposed and directions for furtherresearch are given.
