In recent years, along with the rapid developing on tourism industry, tourism realestate has become a new hotspot for investment. Because of unbalanced regionaleconomic development, warming and the rise of the tourism real estate market in theMidwest. Tourism real estate investment started to transfer from the coastal areas tocentral and Western Regions. Tourism real estate investment started to transfer from thecoastal areas to central and Western Regions. Investors want to obtain a better income inthe fierce competition of the tourism real estate market. In addition to consider theeconomic costs and other factors, it is very important to select a good investmentenvironment and evaluate in the investment.This article mainly includes the theory study and empirical study. The article isdivided into five parts:Part one: At the beginning of this part, the author puts forward the main topic andilluminates the background, the research status at home and abroad, purpose, andsignificance of the study. The whole frame of the article is also put out in addition.Part two: Discusses the basis relevant theories and methods on tourism real estate,delimits the related concepts and characterization, and summarizes the methods related tothe investment environmental studies.Part three: Introduces the form of tourism real estate investment, analyzes theinvestment status on tourism real estate and the factor on the tourism real estateinvestment environment.Part four: Elaborates the purposes and principles of investment environmentevaluation,evaluate the investment environment of tourism real estate by using principalcomponent analysis, combine of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, processdata with SPSS software, calculating each city’s score and sort and identify variousfactors which play a significant effect on the investment environment.Part five: On the basis of summary and analysis, provides some scientific countermeasures for investors and gives some policy recommendations.In a word, the paper not only discuss the basic academic of tourism real estate,butalso analyze the reasons, the status and influencing factors of tourism real estate andevaluate the investment environment of the target cities using principal componentanalysis. And then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions that are suitablefor tourism real estate development. All the mentioned above has a certain theoretical andpractical significance.
