Cities are the vector of the real estate market. The changes of the cities can affect the real estate directly or indirectly. Real estate is a burgeoning industry. With the acceleration of the process of urbanization in China, the real estate development is also being carried out in full swing. But Throughout the real estate status in rencent years, we can find out that the entire real estate industry conducts on the tone of the rape. The large-scale enclosure and high-profile building demolition make every city become stereotyped and lose their characteristics.Urban niche is a concept based on the niche. It includes the Ecological niche,the Economic niche and the Community niche. It reflects the cities'Comprehensive level. It also reflects the living conditions of the residents. It becomes the important subject of ecological city construction that using the principle of urban niche makes the real estate investment environment increasingly perfect.The paper wills analyse the affection of three subsystems of the urban niche and the real estate investment environment. Using the principal component analysis of the software SPSS analyse eight cities level of the urban niche including Qingdao. In addition makes that data and the per capita real estate investment do the correlation analysis. The conclusion is that both sides have strong correlation.Qingdao's urban city standard is in the middle of the eigth cities. The real estate development is very strict with the environment. So we must coordinate the relationship of the Ecological niche,the Economic niche and the Community niche making the real estate of Qingdao towords the sustainable direction and attracting more people to invest.At last, this paper proposes measures to enable the environment of Qingdao become more and more perfect and make Qingdao becomes the international seaside tourist city.
