This paper proposed the drawbacks of the company in the human resources riskmanagement starting from the LG Company’s corporate background and the existinghuman resource situation. Based on the theoretical results obtained by the study ofhuman resources risk management at home and abroad, and combined with theknowledge and experience, LG risk existing in human resources management iscomprehensively analyzed in this article. It can be found that there are potential risksin LG’s formulation of the company’s strategy, appointment of employees,performance appraisal, remuneration determination, recruitment, training anddevelopment through a large number of surveys and interviews. Key risk factors inthe above-mentioned aspects are effectively identified and the causes of the riskfactors are deeply analyzed. On the basis of risk analysis, made human resources riskmanagement countermeasures, built human resources risk management system,established risk early warning and preventive measures for the company’s humanresources management, provided technical methods to solve risk identification, riskanalysis, risk disposal and risk monitoring and proposed measures to resolve currentrisks. Including the creation of the human resources recruitment and training, theestablishment of the risk early warning mechanism, the risk control of humanresource pay-for-performance linked integration, and the risk control of corporatestrategy and human resource development strategy matching. Pointed out thedirection and built up the infrastructure for LG’s future human resources riskmanagement. Others rarely set foot in analyzing a foreign company’s human resources riskmanagement situation and this becomes the article’s distinctive characteristic.Human resource management situation of foreign-funded enterprises is complicated,therefore, the identification of the risk factors in human resource management ismore difficult to grasp. Through a large number of survey and in-depth interviews,analyzed and investigated all of the management modules in the corporate humanresource, identified the key risk factors and built prevention system. Through thisstudy, improved the flaws and loopholes in the foreign-funded enterprises in humanresource management and provided a reference for the overseas Chinese enterpriseshuman resources policy formulation.
