With the rapid development of economic in China nowadays, there are a lot ofcontradictions emerged. The contradiction of economic benefit and social benefit hascaused wide attentions of scholars and managers. In this context, the theory ofcorporate social responsibility has been paid much attention of scholars andpractitioners and the reason of fulfilling their social responsibilities actively by theenterprises also attracted scholars’ notion. In academic circles, scholars have done alot of researches on the development of the theory of corporate social responsibility.Discussion on the issue of corporate social responsibility from the perspective ofstakeholders is a kind of trend, many scholars focus on the shareholders、consumersand environment nowadays, but they neglect the internal important stakeholder--employees. Researches on the issue of enterprises fulfilling their corporate socialresponsibility affect employees’ action are very limited. In the practice ofmanagement, we found that the enterprises undertake social responsibility activelywill increase employees’ sense of organizational identification and honor, thescholars at home and abroad also get the similar conclusions through the studies. Wecan know that enterprises undertake corporate social responsibility, especially theresponsibility of employees, employees will be undertaken organizational citizenshipbehavior as the return of enterprises with the social exchange theory.This paper mainly discusses whether there is a relationship between employeeperceived corporate social responsibility, organizational identification andorganizational citizenship behavior. With the increasing of knowledgeable workers,the enterprise managers find the usual management model--"carrot and stick" is no longer suitable nowadays, and the staff resists this kind of management seriously.How to guide employees and make them satisfy themselves for enterprise andimprove performance becomes an urgent problem to solve. Based on the presentresearches, the author of this paper read a great deal of domestic and internationalliteratures, explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility,organizational identification and organizational citizenship behaviors, the author findthat employees perceived the corporate social responsibility could affect theemployees’ organizational identification, then the employees will increase theirorganizational citizenship behavior.This paper reviewed the literatures of corporate social responsibility ofemployees’ perception, organizational identification and organizational citizenshipbehavior, and then puts forward the research hypothesis, divides corporate socialresponsibility of employees’ perception into five dimensions, selects the variabletable of domestic and foreign well-known scholars. Secondly, through sending thequestionnaires to employees who working in the large and medium-sized enterprises,collected386effective questionnaires, with the knowledge of statistical, the authorgot those conclusions: employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility has asignificant positive impact on organizational identification; the social responsibilityof the enterprises of employees’ perception has a significant positive impact onorganizational citizenship behavior; organizational identification has a significantpositive impact on the organizational citizenship behavior; organizationalidentification plays an mediator role between the corporate social responsibility andorganizational identification.Finally, combining the conclusions of this study, the author puts forward thepractical significance of this paper. On the one hand, the enterprise should establishthe enterprise—employee connection mechanism when the enterprise undertakessocial responsibility, the enterprises can deliver enterprises’ social responsibilitybehavior timely to employees so that employees can acknowledge the trends andenhance attractiveness to employees and enhance the employees of organization identification. On the other hand, the staff feels the enterprises undertake the socialresponsibility for them is one of the most important prerequisite to affect theirorganizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. Enterprisesshould make decisions fairly during the management process, provide equalopportunities to all employees, balance the employees work and life, established afair and effective performance evaluation system and compensation mechanism andso on.
