China’s annual GDP of51.9trillion yuan in2012, representing an increase of7.8%over2011, to become an important force in the global economic growth. At thesame time, as China has been the strength of the Chinese enterprises to exploreoverseas market, and "going out" strategy as a corporate business development ofthe "Blue Ocean", continue to strengthen the intensity of foreign investment, makingthe enterprise has been the development and expansion. In this process, weeverywhere our policy banks of the figure, it is adhering to the "Government hotspottimely" concept, as China’s "going out" to provide "finance financial intelligence" tosupport, as support for Chinese enterprises "going out" to expand business "BlueOcean" an important financial power. This thesis is based on China policy banks insupporting Chinese enterprises "going out" to expand overseas markets during thespecial role played by, adhering to the policy banks and "going out" ofChinese-funded enterprises two main lines, with classic economics investmenttheory as the theoretical foundation, through the analysis of the policy banks inrecent years in the field of foreign investment in the relevant data and found that thecourse of development policy banks abroad and foreign investment strategies aredifferent, explore the analysis of the policy banks and "going out" Chinese-fundedenterprises in foreign investment problems, and thus a targeted ways to improve themethod. This paper concentrates on the use of the country’s largest policy banks-China Development Bank to demonstrate the relevant data and case material,combined with the classical economic theory is based on investment, the use ofuser-friendly method of argument, along the banks and our policy "going out "ofChinese enterprises two main lines of context, to further explore the developmentsuited to China’s foreign policy banks, investment strategies and business directionsfor research in related fields to provide a reference.
