This paper studies strategic adjustment in Zhongqing constructiongroup in the current macroeconomic environment and industry environmentand repositioning, through the use of modern strategic management theory,combined with the enterprise’s strategic management practice, find thenew strategy is feasible for the sustainable development of enterprises.First of all, this paper briefly introduces the development course andthe present situation of management of enterprises, and puts forward theexisting enterprise current management problems. Secondly, the influenceof the external environment factors, summarizing and analyzing theproblems of enterprise management: through the research and analysis ofthe change of the infrastructure market scale and infrastructure policyenvironment, summarizing these macroeconomic environment brings to theenterprise. Using the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) on theimpact of these give important elements of enterprise evaluation,analysis of the external environment comprehensive influence on theenterprise. Using Potter "Five Forces Model" of the enterprise in whichthe industry environment analysis, understanding of the industrycompetitive power and their basic situation, determine the company’sattitude and strategy. Using the key elements of the strategy industryevaluation matrix shall evaluate the main competitor, analysis ofenterprise comprehensive advantages and disadvantages relative tocompetitors, and then take different strategies. Thirdly, internalenvironment influencing factors analysis and summary of the enterprisemanagement problems: two dimensions of horizontal function managementmodule and the longitudinal based on the value chain, on its own strengthsand weaknesses analysis. And focus on the analysis of main business unitof the enterprise. Using the Boston matrix business unit and thedevelopment trend of enterprise location analysis. Finally, summary andsolution problem of induction: clear management principle and keystrategy adjustment, summed up the strategic adjustment scheme ofenterprise. Through the combination of the Balanced Scorecard and keyperformance indicators tools, implementation and control of strategy.Finally, the research conclusion.
