With the vigorous development of the national real estate industry, the concreteproduction increased year by year as one of the most basic materials in construction.In the background, the huge capital flows into the concrete industry the competition ofconcrete is more complex. Thus the concrete enterprises must correctly grasp themarket demand trend and competition situation, understand the competitor’s strategyon the basis of fully meet the customer demand, and participate actively into thecompetition. Therefore, how to develop the enterprise strategic theory of strategy andtactics and guide the enterprise to survive and develop in the complex environment isparticularly important.Through the analysis of the scale, equipment and marketing of A concrete co.,LTD,The article summed up the general rule of marketing and producing operation of theconcrete enterprise. The paper emphatically analyzed the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats in marketing and management aspects faced by Beijing Aconcrete co., LTD, and put forward the suggestions that the company should chooseand implement the development strategy and countermeasures. It hopes the companycan overcome the disadvantage through rectification, avoid clumps of disadvantage inthe market and the enterprise operation, and can seize the opportunity to make aqualitative leap. Through the fundamental improvement of the product and servicequality to make the company more competitive in the concrete market, thus thecompany can achieve sustainable development.
