The West Shenyang Thermal Power Plant Project built and funded by ChinaGuodian Corporation, which is the construction of large-scale cogeneration projectsdetermined in accordance with <Shenyang City thermoelectric Development MasterPlan (2005-2020)>, and simultaneous facility construction of flue gas desulfurizationand denitrification. Electrostatic precipitators in power plants dust processing has avery important role and traditional electrostatic precipitator has become increasinglydifficult to meet increasingly stringent environmental standards, Production A ofShenyang Stock Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. won the bid for the GuodianWest Project, A is mainly electrostatic precipitator power control system, A canimprove rate of dust removal by controlling the high frequency power, improvingpower efficiency, reducing power consumption. Then, A is a very important positionin the entire project, and whether its production meet the project requirements relatesto the success or failure of the entire project, and optimization of productionefficiency of A, that is management control of the production schedule whichproject managers are increasing attention of the problem.Optimizing production efficiency, although it requires theoretical guidance,production schedule variability and complexity makes the efficiency of resourceusage in production to large degree low, no matter natural resources and socialresources, both in terms of production become very nervous, and sometimes theresources dominate the progress. Therefore, in the actual production schedulemanagement, a combination of traditional means and modern management theory is very necessary, making full use of limited natural resources and coordinating socialresources and make resource utilization as the main way to project productionschedule and shorten the production cycle. Maximizing enterprise efficiency is thehighest goal of all business, and the benefits of each project create a directrelationship to the survival and development of enterprises, and strengthen projectmanagement, especially production process control management of new products isto seize the initiative in the market competition which is an important factor. Underthe conditions of the socialist market competition, production and processingenterprises how to survive in the market competition and development, which needsthat enterprise constantly improve enterprise project management and strengthenproduction management, so that the production process is in controllable and efficientstate, thereby increasing production efficiency.Taking SHENYANG STOCK ELECTRIC POWER EQUPMENT CO.,LTD.bidding West Shenyang Thermal Power Plant Project with A product system as thebackground, this paper begins by reviewing the progress of production managementof existing researches, basing on which this paper conducts detailed analysis of acomprehensive review of the project’s production process and finds problems whichare the project production budget is not timely, the drawing of technology sector isinaccurate, purchase problem, production workers are lack of experience, assemblyline is unreasonable and sector coordination is not smooth. The problem is usually onthe surface and deeply analyzing can explore reasons.Through theoretical study thispaper finds reasons which are the choice of production mode is not reasonable,production space facility layout is unreasonable, comprehensive managementcapabilities is weak, production preparation is inadequate and production of exceptionhandling is inexperienced.Through theoretical research and case studies for the problems identified and thereasons, this paper proposes solutions in seven areas: application of project progress management methods, production mode selection, the layout of production facilitiesand equipment management, plan and preparedness measures, on-site managementmeasures, the improvement of production process and the production schedulemeasures and incentive of production workers. Through these seven areas, theenterprise can significantly improve productivity efficiency and optimize productionschedule.
