Analysis Of Risk Identification And Assessment Of Agent Construction Unit On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Agent construction is a good solution to solve the problems caused by the traditional management pattern of the government investment project. Such as the four-in-one problem, the problem of corruption, fishing Engineering and the three super phenomenon. However, agent construction is still in the initial stage of exploration in China. Its management pattern is not perfect and there are many problems in the practice process. As the main behavioral body in the agent construction, the agent construction unit also face a number of risks. It need to identify and assess the risks of agent construction unit.Identify the risks that agnet construction unit face,and assess the risks, which can get the key risks and the risk situation they facing.Therefore,it is necessary to identify and assess the risk and analyze the risk situation of the agent construction.First, it introduces the concept of agnet consruction and its main mode,defines the study object, that is the enterprise type agent in the whole process, mainly refers to the professional project management company. It also provide a effective feasible method to assess the risk of project or agent construction unit.
