In the context of deepening financial globalization, advanced commercial banks continue toreform the mode of operation, and gradually to reduce the proportion of the traditional creditbusiness income business, to increase the non-interest income business, diversified revenuestructure. A long time, but China’s listed banks interest income is highly dependent on the resultingsingle income structure and imbalance. There will be certain adverse effects to listed banks onimproving profitability, and enhancing the international competitiveness. In this case, each of thelisted banks is having taken a wide range of development strategies, to enhance the proportion ofnon-interest income in operating income. To study the restructuring of China’s listed banks incomehas certain practical significance in this context.In this paper, at the first, there are evaluation indicators and influencing factors on the revenuestructure of the listed banks income. In addition, in contrast with the revenue structure of Europeand the United States commercial banks, there is an analysis on China’s listed banks restructuringtrend. Five large state-owned commercial banks, seven joint-stock commercial bank as a sample,sample time span of2006-2011, the empirical analysis of the impact factor of the revenue structureof China’s listed banks.This paper analyzes the necessity of restructuring of banking income on the complex andchanging international and domestic financial environment and listing of the bank’s owndevelopment. At the same time, this paper presents some recommendations in the transition processin promoting SME credit business development, increasing mainly non-interest income tointermediate business and strengthening the supervision of risk of non-interest income business.
