| Nowadays, it is well known in all the world that Science and Technology is the primaryproductive force and Innovation is the driving force of economic development. However, more thanhalf of invention and innovation projects can not be transformed into real productive force due tolack of capital support. This fact causes both severe waste of social wealth while enormousaccumulated social capital is idle. The venture capital project trading platform, which ProfessorZhang Suodi devoted to perform, is able to effectively solve the problem of source sharing, and alsocan greatly improve venture source utility. Provided by this research project, invention projects arestudied in this paper by the ways of as follows:1. The two-dimensional structure and calculation formula of jocund investment projects valueare defined.Relied on basic theories of the venture capital project trading platform, private invention andinnovation project is chose as research subject in this paper. By analyzing the selected invention andinnovation cases, the two-dimensional division of jocund investment projects value is raised, andthe definition of HVCP, POP, POO, and HVCP calculation formula are given, with detailed factorsexplanation for each.2. Jocund investment projects are encoded in classification and divided.According to9main factors and other minor factors affecting jocund investment projects value,each project is encoded. Then, evaluated values of projects are classified to10grades, with fixednominal value of the point of the right. Hence, by calculate the value and nominal value of the pointof the right of the jocund investment project, the jocund of the project is evaluate, and project valueis divided.3. Jocund investment project is analyzed empirically.On the basis of jocund investment project evaluation, encode and division, selected privateinvention and innovation project is analyzed empirically, and average value of jocund investmentprojects is calculated. |
