Research On Knowledge Integration Strategies Of New Product Development Based On Supply Chain View

In the21st century, with the development of technology, product life cycle is getting shorter and shorter, the product market competes fiercely. In this case, product innovation has become a basic guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises. People began to do some research about the product innovation process and mechanism. The development of new products based on the supply chain as a new, more effective product innovation mode, aroused widespread concern. However, research on new product development model based on the supply chain, knowledge management and knowledge integration perspective.We explore the relationship between the impact of supply chain knowledge distribution and interaction mechanisms and knowledge integration effect in the development of new products, then we do some research about the effect of knowledge integration on new product development performance. Through reading literatures we find the potential factors which affect the effect of knowledge integration, the potential relationship between the effect of knowledge integration and new product development performance; then using empirical research methods, we carried out an investigation in the garment, automotive, electronics appliances industry located in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone.In the data analysis process, we use regression analysis methods to find the relationship among supply chain knowledge distribution, knowledge integration effect, supply chain interaction mechanisms, knowledge integration effect and new product development performance, and get some conclusions.The findings of this paper enrich the supply chain management theory, and the theory of knowledge integration has important practical value for the development of new products.
