In the 21 century, companies' living circumstance is much different from the past. Knowledge is becoming one of the decisive elements of economy development. The renovation of knowledge is becoming faster and faster, and the vast application of information technology makes the knowledge spread faster and wider. At the same time, customers' requirement of knowledge products is continuously increasing, and the tendency of the globalized economy is becoming more evident. The change of companies' living circumstance made a profound and wide impact on the corporations, companies are required to build up their ability to obtain, handle, create and share the knowledge that could promote companies' core competence. Knowledge flow is becoming one of the most important elements of enterprise management succeeded to logistics, information flow and capital flow.The thesis mainly includes:(1)At first, the thesis analyses related organizational learning theory, such as the concepts, types, research methods, process, behavior direction guide line, model and the main research consequence of organizational learning. Then, the thesis talks about the learning among all kinds of organizations, such as the organizational learning in strategic alliance, the organizational learning in industrial clusters, the organizational learning in supply chain, the organizational learning in virtual enterprise, the organizational learning in knowledge alliance or technical alliance and the organizational learning in knowledge chain. (2)The thesis analyses the characteristic and types of knowledge, it also does a research on the knowledge flow.(3)The thesis redefined the knowledge chain among organizations and carefully analyses the characteristic, structure, types and dimensionality of knowledge chain. It also puts forward a new knowledge chain model in the background of the knowledge flow among organizations.(4)The thesis analyses the process and types of interactive learning, it also talks about the knowledge grade which has an impact on the learning procedure in knowledge chain.(5)The thesis primarily sets up the evaluation system of interactive learning among members of knowledge chain. It establishes the index system of evaluating interactive learning through the analysis of the factors which have an impact on the interactive learning among members of knowledge chain. It also uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the interactive learning among members of knowledge chain.(6)Through the demonstration research on the Toyota company, the thesis explains how to establish effective learning mechanism among members of knowledge chain, it also puts forward the measures to strengthen the interactive learning among members of knowledge chain.As a part of my tutor's research supported by National Natural Science funds, the thesis comprehensively does a research on the learning among organizations, particularly on the subject of interactive learning among members of knowledge chain. It partially supplements the insufficiency of this field. And I hope the above theoretical exploration and quantitative research can serve as a guideline and have an instructional significance on the practice of interactive learning management among members of knowledge chain.
