Study On The Impact Of Supply Chain Collaborative Knowledge Innovation On The Supply Chain Performance

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation has becom-e the members of the supply chain to obtain an inexhaustible motivefor the sustainable competitive advantage, and the members of the supplychain with good coordination is an important foundation for the supplychain enterprises to succeed, the supply chain collaborative knowledgeinnovation will be benefit to sharing the resources and complementaryadvantages. Study on the factors and its performance of supply chain kno-wledge innovation, provides a new research ways to improve the enterpr-ise, industry, and national knowledge innovation ability. It also plays ansignificance role to develop China from a big manufacturing country intoa powerful one.Based on the theories of knowledge innovation, supply chain coordi-nation and supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation, this thesis,studying the interrelationship between the supply chain collaborativeknowledge innovation and the supply chain performance by mathematicalmodel, theoretical and empirical researches. The main conclusions:First of all, the thesis builds a knowledge innovation model betweena vendor and a manufacturer in the two-stage supply chain. We find thatcollaborative knowledge innovation can improve the performance ofindividual party and the whole supply chain by making a quantitativeanalysis of the model by the game theory and optimum theory.Secondly, Based on the questionnaires mailed to the manufacturingEnterprise in the Pearl River Delta, the factors of the supply chainknowledge collaborative innovation is divide into six factors: knowledgeinnovation, resource integration, the relationship between enterprises insupply chain, organization mechanism, integration mechanism and ince- ntive mechanism; the supply chain performance includes three factors:supply chain flexibility, the ability of sustainable development andeconomic benefits.Finally, by One way ANOVA analysis, it is obtained that firm’snature have significant effects on every variables, through Pearsoncorrelation analysis, it is confirmed that influence factors and supplychain performance are significantly correlated. On this basis, usingmultivariate linear regression analysis, the thesis determines: themotivation and condition of supply chain coordination knowledge inno-vation have a positive effects on supply chain flexibility, the ability ofsustainable development and economic benefits; and the elements of theimplementation of supply chain coordination knowledge innovation havea positive impact on supply chain flexibility and the ability of sustainabledevelopment.According to the above conclusions, it pointed out the problems thatthe Pearl River Delta manufacturing enterprises in the implementation ofsupply chain coordination knowledge innovation, and corresponding me-asures are put forward.
