Profit Model Research Of Mobile Terminal Software Product

This paper studies the relationship which is between the mobile terminal software and the profit model. The profit model is a pattern not only making money but also creating value for end users themselves. Profit model is the core of the product, the emphasis is on how to run the product at the same time take reasonable profitable way, the final purpose is to create value. The profit pattern of mobile terminal software products has been the industry think that is a software product one of the key factors to success, so the study of mobile terminal software product profit model is necessary in theory, in practice, is of practical significance.From the Angle of the mobile terminal software product profit model, based on the value chain theory, aiming at software product value, this paper adopts literature research, induction and case study method, the profit model of mobile terminal software products carried on the thorough analysis and research. This paper first analyses the profit model value chain, points out that the participation of every profit model object and the funds, information flow between them. Then based on the existing profit model:premium downloads, mobile advertising, value-added services, free detailed analysis of the profit model, it is pointed out that the characteristics of each of the profit model, advantages and disadvantages, application conditions and operation way. Profits through factor analysis to the existing profit model of in-depth study, this paper argues that:the mobile terminal software products cannot blindly take profit model, but should according to the software product itself characteristics and product development phase and adopt corresponding profit model, and points out that the combination of profit model innovation. Finally combining with the concrete case which demonstrates the process of implementing portfolio profit model, and through the profit factor analysis and value chain analysis, and points out that the combination process of value creation mechanism of the profit model.This paper aims to through the research on the profit pattern of mobile terminal software product at present stage, summed up the profit mode, reasonable design of mobile terminal software industry practitioners provide some concrete opinions and ideas. And look forward to provide some references for the development of mobile terminal software industry.
