Study On Mechanism Of Innovation Policy On Entrepreneur’s Innovation Intention

With the continuous progress of the rapid development of technology and the knowledge economy, China has gradually accelerated the pace of building an innovation-oriented country. As the enterprise is an important backbone of rapid economic development. China has introduced a number of innovative policies to support and promote independent innovation of enterprises. Enterprises have made some progress in independent innovation. But there is still a significant gap between China and Western developed countries. Enterprises have their own problems. And there are also problems from the national innovation policy.The paper researches on mechanism of innovation policy on entrepreneur’s innovation intention. First of all, on the basis of the introducing the research background, theoretical and practical significance, the paper clarifies the main research content, technology roadmap, and innovation points. Secondly, the paper summarizes the literature on innovation policy and entrepreneurial innovation. Then, the grounded theory qualitative research method of the research tools has been selected. And the process of collecting data of entrepreneurs by focus interview has been introduced. The paper’s core part is study on the mechanism of innovation policies on entrepreneurs’ innovation intention through open coding, axial coding and selective coding. It identifies four influencing factors:policy elements, the motivation of innovation, entrepreneurial innovation cognition and entrepreneurs’ innovation intention. Then the paper analyses transmission process of the independent innovation policy and summarizes the policy element-policy medium-policy target mechanism. And it points out the problems and supplies some proposals for improving the innovation policy. Finally, the paper has a summary of the entire course of the study. And it analyzes the main results obtained in this research.
