The Research On The Construction Cost Control Of Liaoning Long Yuan Wind Power Company

Since2006, with the introduction of the national series of preferential policies, China’s wind power line has been rapid development. Kilowatt cost of wind power is about twice that of conventional thermal power, which means that the level of construction cost has an important impact on the future profitability of the project. Therefore, the project construction cost control is particularly important. How to cost control has an impact on the development of enterprises and economic benefits.This article includes five parts:The first chapter, on the background and significance of t he topic of This article, present literatures at home and abroad, describe the main content of th e article discusses. The second chapter, analysis wind power construction cost control in the earlier stage of wind power project, the bidding stage, the construction stage and so on. The third chapter, analysis cost control situation of Liaoning Long Yuan Wind power. The fourth chapter, improvement measures are proposed for Liaoning Long Yuan problems. The fifth chapter, is the improvement and perfection of the expected effect analysis.According to the construction of wind power project cost control as the research object, this paper follows the project cost control theory, for wind power construction project cost control key link, by analyzing the main factors influencing the cost, and explores an effective means of wind projects cost control, in order to contribute to the construction of wind power project cost lowering, and to promote the healthy development of wind power industry. Paper through the analysis of wind farm construction project as an example, with reference to other domestic wind power of management experience, makes full use of the industry magazine, library and network resources, widely collects data, using literature retrieval, analysis, comparison and hierarchical analysis method, to put forward their views on topics of cognitive and independent thinking, analyzes and solves the problem with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and the form of theory with practice.
