Current research is aimed at enterprise performance evaluation system andevaluation method, this paper based on the research and extended, researching theenterprise performance evaluation of economics theory and management theory, and theinfluencing to the enterprise performance is various and multidimensional, so use the“multidimensional analysis framework”, and improve enterprise performance evaluationtheory foundation. On the basis of the development theory, this paper more researchenterprise sustainable development theory, so as to find theoretical basis to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.Second, the evolution of the enterprise performance evaluation system. Fromdomestic and abroad, this paper discusses the evolution of the performance evaluationindicator system and carries on the review respectively.Third, make a structure based on the angle of sustainable development of themanufacturing enterprise performance evaluation model.Analysis from the demand andinfluence factors of the enterprise performance evaluation, structure a model of “financialperformance, innovation performance, sustainable development performance”.Forth, construct the enterprise performance evaluation indicator system based on thesustainable development. According to the theories of sustainable development andenterprise’s own situation, from the three aspects of the financial performance, innovationperformance, sustainable development performance to build an enterprise performanceevaluation system.Fifth, empirical research. Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine theindex weight, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the enterpriseperformance. The article construct the index system of concrete application to authenticatea paper-making enterprises in shandong province.Sixth, conclusion. State this paper’s innovation and the insufficiency, and putforward the further research direction to making basis for the further research.
