The Indicator System For Land Arrangement Project Assessment Based On The Sustainable Development

Our country is a country that has a large population and a few land. In recent years, as population is increasing and expanding with urban construction land gradually constantly, the question making the land, especially cultivated land relatively in short is outstanding day by day, and the cultivated land must offer powerful support for developing further in national economy, accounting for the strategic objective of the compensation regulation for possessing of cultivated land, the governments at all levels and territory department have taken a lot of counter-measures, the land arrangement is an important one among them. At the same time, it is an important approach to achieve sustainable development of land resources. So, the study of the land use impact of land arrangement is very important, and the indicator system of land arrangement assessment has a great deal of important practical and developmental significance. This paper has introduced basic conception and intension about the land arrangement and the sustainable land arrangement at first, and relevant basic theories. Then on the basis of research results from land sustainable use evaluation, the farm land appraisal and land quality evaluation, put the characteristic of the land arrangement project, from the project engineering measure, economy, ecological environment, society, organization system and the harmony of every factor these respects to analyze the influence factors of sustainable land arrangement. Thus an indicator-system of land arrangement assessment for general is built which propose instructional indicator-system frame for developing idiographic land arrangement sustainable assessment. Secondly has introduced the definite method of the index weight and the function value, and set up the method of the land arrangement sustainable comprehensive evaluation, which offer a scientific, feasible method system for the land arrangement project sustainable assessment in different areas. Finally concrete analyzed the case of Chang Gang land arrangement project in Ezhou of Hubei province and detailed introduce the appraise course of it.
