SuQian city branch of China Unicom Network Cooperation didn’t perform serial of things about performance management due to cooperation reorganization and self-management problems, which led to much effect on employees’work interesting. This thesis will use performance management theories and design new management measurements to resolve existing problems.This thesis first introduces the main performance management concepts and functions, then points out the adaptive managers and employees, and explains the relation between human resource management. To Chinese enterprises, it analyzes the effect of Chinese traditional cultures on performance management.Based on the brief description of SuQian City branch’s organization structure、employee structure, this thesis introduces and analyzes its employee status、management status and point out the existing management problems. Considering the reasons, the thesis continues to analyze the performance management status, finding those problems focused on the lack of the leaders’enough acknowledge、no enough emphases. Departments" monthly and yearly performance couldn’t balance employees’everyday work based on objective quantized targets, which led to the wrong performance results and bad effect on employees’ enthusiasm.For resolving these problems, this thesis first confirms the comprehensive aims of cooperation’s performance management, and designs new management thinking. In this thinking, the most important thing is that the cooperation leaders focus and control the whole work of performance management from the beginning to the end, and monthly and yearly performance method、quantized and objective performing、position promotion and degrading、 skill-training、mid-managers’training are re-designed. These measurements are taken to match employees’profit to the cooperation’s. Last, for the example of network-constructing department, a serial of methods are deployed to everyday work to prove the feasibility of new performance thinking.
