| Performance appraisal is very important in the basic link of human resources management. However, in the process of the human resources and the business management ,it is really hot and difficult about how to give the managers an appropriate performance appraisal.It has great significance to improve the enthusiasim of managers and reach the overall goal of the Housing authority by researching performance evaluation system of DH Housing Authority managers.objectively measuring and evaluating the contribution degree of managers to the goal of the DH Housing Authority.The article discussed the research performance, performan appraisal and related theories, also compared the result of the research between domestic and foreign countries.The above job laid the platform in experience and theory for this article.It also pointed out the problems by surving and researching the present situation and background of DH Housing Authority managers' performance appraisal.In the light of the problems ,the author designed the new system of performan appraisal for managers.and design a new performance appraisal evaluation system .The key points included the system design goal and the principle, the assessment object and the main body establishment, the index system construct, the performance assessment model construct and so on.In the process of desiging the sysem, the author used several methods, such as KPI, AHP, etc. In the end, the author also probed into the implement of the main points and supporting measures about performan appraisal.The article did further research in .determining the manager assessment content and designing the system of index .
