Research On The Improvement Of The Public Policy Of Financing Of SMEs

Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, the government pays more attention to the important role of SMEs play in the process of development of national economy, especially in the growing demand for high-tech innovation and more social jobs. But because of the influence of SME own condition and the external social environment, financing problem of SMEs are gradually become the biggest obstacle to its development. Therefore, the government should take all kinds of effective policy support, ensure the financing problems of SMEs can effectively solve, and promote the healthy development of SMEs in China.This paper take Wenzhou city as an example, at first, Introduces the background of the research and the previous research on theories of the government to improve the financing of SMEs, and defines the relevant concepts of SMEs, Fund, Financing. Use the method of theory and practice, analysis the problems of SMEs financing and the public policy reasons for the financing difficulty of SMEs in Wenzhou. Introduces the United States, Japan, Germany improve public policy experience of financing of SMEs, through careful comparison, combined with their own analysis, summarizes the related policies and regulations of each country implemented, which gives our country to solve the financing problem of SMEs of the enlightenment. Finally the author put forward their own support suggestions that improve public policy in Wenzhou, to solve the financing of SMEs problem, the government needs to define its own location, and gradually improve the laws and regulations on the financing of SMEs, the establishment of SMEs policy bank, encourage the development of village bank in Wenzhou, perfect the construction of evaluation system of social credibility, tax policy reform and so on.
