| As the rapid development of enterprise training, this paper starting from the perspective ofenterprise E-learning training platform, intended to promote the comprehensive development ofenterprise E-learning. By analyzing the factors of enterprise E-learning network trainingplatform, combined with the Kirkpatrick Model which is the authority of the performanceresearch and the feedback of the students by using the platform, to determine the key factors forthe training of the network learning platform. This paper analyzes the network training platformof a bank to promote enterprise E-learning development.In this paper, starting from the actual research, intended to give some suggestions topromote the network learning and training platform, and make more effective on building thelearning platform.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part describes the background of the research,the enterprise E-learning status, the contents and methods of the research, the significance of theresearch and so on; the second part is the theoretical foundation part, it contains the introductionof the definition, theoretical model, and the main concept, this article through to fully understandthe basic theory and the overview of some theoretical model, through the introduction of thischapter is to pave the way for the following exposition; the third part mainly elaborates theapplication of the enterprise E-learning, and establishes the network training platformavailability model of the enterprise E-learning, this article analyzes the evaluation factors ofnetwork training platform and the main content of the Kirkpatrick Model to sort out theenterprise E-learning network training platform model. The feelings of network learning and thelearning experience determined the evaluation elements of the network platform. The articledetermines the elements of the network training platform for the weights and scores by using theKirkpatrick Model and the analytic hierarchy process. It can be promote digital learning networkplatform for enterprises to build. It will be to built learning platform for the network to provideguidance and reasonable; the fourth part through a commercial bank network is analyzed as anexample to determine the factors of the network training platform, it uses the model to grade theinstance of the platform; the last one is the summary part. We can through the above contentsummary to the enterprise future E-learning network platform to make reasonable suggestions. Itcan be better made the platform more effective to achieve.
