Enterprise Training Scheme Based On Learning Map Design

With the increasing of the fierce market competition, it urges enterprise toenhance the demand for the talents. As a form of continuing education practice, enterprisetraining plays a significant role in facing fierce market competition for companies.Realizing the importance of enterprise training is not equal to a good job training.Traditional enterprise training often only considers the short-term training needs, butignores the staff’s individual career development. In terms of long-term development ofenterprises and employees, it doesn’t reach a good training effect. Learning maps andInstructional system design offer scientific theory and method for enterprise training, bysetting the career path of expert and management type, and arranging training materialaccording to competence requirements, it makes employees clearly understand differentphrases’ learning contents and improve their training motivation. The fourth part introduces the case, analyzes its problemsthrough investigation, chooses electrical engineers from D department as research object.And according to different career paths, designs learning paths by post sorting, competenceanalysis, content design and system building. And finally, presents learning anddevelopment manual. The last part explains the results of the research, points out thelimitations and innovation points and makes suggestions for the future study.
