Impact Of Agricultural Industrialization On The Export Competitiveness Of Agricultural Products:an Empirical Research

Agriculture is the foundation of the development of national economy. Since2000, the import and export of agricultural products in China are growing, but overall export growth slowed and rapid import growth, resulting in agricultural trade surplus is shrinking.Along with China’s WTO commitments to member states all the cash, China’s agriculture in the international market met unprecedented opportunities and challenges, is facing new competition situation.Statistics show that, import and export trade of agricultural products trade deficit for the first time in2004, change for20years of China agricultural product trade surplus pattern. from2004to2011in China agricultural product trade deficit in eight successive movements.2011is in the history of the foreign trade deficit of the largest agricultural products a year, annual agricultural products import and export trade deficit as much as$341.2billion. In the face of international economic situation is complicated, domestic agricultural development and not optimistic situation, the China agricultural product export competitiveness the subject becomes necessary. From the point of previous relevant research results at home and abroad, there is lack of the following two points:one is that most studies do not consider closely linked to agricultural industrialization and agricultural export competitiveness, has no impact on the agricultural industrialization effect carries on the empirical research on international competitiveness of agricultural products; From the research level and the scale, past studies seldom or not from the perspective of national regions relate agricultural industrialization and agricultural export competitiveness comprehensive, system, in-depth comparative analysis.Based on the systematic use domestic, international research results and preliminary interpretation of the industrialization of agriculture affect the export competitiveness of agricultural products. It is build the industrialization of agriculture and agricultural export competitiveness evaluation index system that selected2004-20011data from31provinces in China, designed Panel-Data Models. Results showed that the six explanatory variables, agricultural products marketing, agricultural production specialization, management enterprise of agriculture and agricultural socialization service and layout regionalization of agriculture and agricultural products export competitiveness is positively correlated relationship, including layout regionalization of agriculture, agricultural management enterprise, the impact is significant, but negatively related scale of agricultural production. From31regional terms, except in shanxi and shanxi province, there are29regional agricultral industrialization influence on agricultural product export competitiveness effect is remarkable..
