As a large agricultural country, China has a large number of the stock of the rural human resources, the development of China’s economic development is inseparable from the agriculture, fast and healthy and sustainable development of agriculture has attracted wide attention.At present our country’s rural human capital while the larger base, but the fanner’s cultural level is generally low, the overall quality of the farmers is not enough, is not conducive to China’s agricultural modernization development.According to the theory of human capital, people’s income is largely affected by human capital investment, through to increase human capital investment can bring to increase people’s income.For China, the income of farmers, for the rural human capital investment increase is an effective way to improve the income, and its effect is continuously, can influence the future several years of income for fanners. Once the rural human capital development to raise the overall quality of agricultural modernization in China is undoubtedly plays a great role in promoting. Based on the research on the theory of human capital’s international and domestic summarizes the definition of human capital are used in the analysis of China’s rural human capital investment.This article mainly from three aspects to analyze the rural human capital investment impact on Farmers’income, respectively is the fanner education, fanners’ inputs for training, as well as the farmers health. Based on the processing of historical data, draw the relevant conclusions.
