Under The Sustainable Development Of Coal Enterprise Integrated Performance Evaluation Research

Energy industry structure in China is dominated by coal that used for electricity,so the coal enterprise is the footstone of the energy industry and the foundation andguarantee of our national economy development. Coal industry is specialy, itscharacteristics are high investment,energy consumption and pollution that determinedcoal enterprise have to take the road of sustainable development. Under thebackground of today, the world is taking sustainable development, which provides theopportunities and challenges for the sustainable development to the coal enterprise. Atthe request of the sustainable development, coal enterprises have to make a scientificand reasonable objective evaluation on its own sustainable development ability, leveland prospect.This paper decribed the sustainable development and the comprehensiveperformance of coal enterprises.After consulted, analysed and summarised lots ofliterature about the sustainable development of coal enterprises and enterpriseintegrated performance evaluation. This paper analyses the comprehensiveperformance of coal enterprises in accordance with sustainable development, andinject the three performance evaluation theory into the evaluation.This paper integrated the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, AHP andthree performance evaluation theory into one, constructed the comprehensiveperformance evaluation model of coal enterprise. The comprehensive performanceincludes economic performance, environment performance and social performance,then constructed the comprehensive performance evaluation index system. Evaluatingthese performances by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, empowering theindex by AHP. Through the original data, fuzzy membership function and the tandardsof each index constructed the fuzzy membership matrix, then based on the weights,calculated the membership degree the performance, and combined the standard offuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate performance evaluation. Threeperformance evaluation model is used to have a further evaluation by the scores, theevaluation including static coordination degree, dynamic coordination degree andthree performance evaluation.The empirical study of Shanxi Xingneng power generation Co., Ltd., ShanxiXishan Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Shanxi Luan Yuwu Thermal Power Co., Ltd. basedon the comprehensive performance evaluation of coal enterprises has aconclusion:the comprehensive performance values of Xingneng is located in themiddle, and its static coordination degree is best, the dynamic coordination degree isgood, so the three performance evaluation value is in the middle; the comprehensiveperformance values of Xishan is the best among three companys, but its staticcoordination degree and dynamic coordination degree are not high, causing threeperformance comprehensive evaluation value is not high; Luan has the minimumvalue of the comprehensive performance, but its static coordination degree is good,and dynamic coordination degree is the highest, so three performance evaluation ofenterprise value is the highest, with huge potential. According to the results of the evaluation and development trend of coal industry,coal enterprises have to conserve resources, improve the energy-saving and emissionreduction and technology based on sustainable development, low carbon ecologicaleconomy theory and circular economy, establish the development speed, lowconsumption of resources, environmental friendly coal enterprises, so as to improvethe comprehensive performance of the coal enterprise.
