Port as a place for loading and unloading,handling,storage and processing of goods,is a goods distribution center and various transport carrier transfer point.In order to meet the needs of trade and local economy,the guiding ideology of the development of our country's port has been more emphasis on the emphasis on economic benefits.With the development of the ecological environment problems caused by the increasing number of,let us realize that this business model has been unable to keep pace with the times.Therefore,how to combine the management and development of port enterprises with the social and environmental protection,from the perspective of sustainable development of port enterprises to comprehensive and comprehensive consideration,is to maintain the sustainable development of port enterprises,the key issues facing.As our country's largest energy port,Qinhuangdao port bears the heavy responsibility of the south of the north,and it is an important part of the national strategic layout.But many years of production and management,has not been studied from the perspective of sustainable development of the enterprise,therefore,it has a very important guiding significance to analyze and evaluate the performance of the second port company of Qinhuangdao from three aspects of economy,society and environment from the perspective of sustainable development.This paper begins with the research background and significance,introduces the research content and research methods,and introduces the sustainable development theory and performance evaluation theory and related theories in detail,and on this basis,the present situation of the external performance evaluation of the second port company of Qinhuangdao is studied and analyzed,find out the existing problems and the impact of the current performance evaluation,point out that the economic situation of the port,the influence to the society and the surrounding environment are the essential factors for the sustainable development of the port enterprises.Finally,the current problems of port enterprises,in accordance with the principles of establishing index,constructs the evaluation index system of the performance of the port enterprise based on sustainable development,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from the perspective of sustainable development,analysis,evaluation of the second port company of Qinhuangdao's performance.Performance evaluation based on sustainable development is not only important to the long-term development of the second port company of Qinhuangdao,but also can provide ideas and reference for other similar enterprises in Qinhuangdao port.
