Software outsourcing enterprise output products and services to target customers, and human capital is important software outsourcing enterprises to gain competitive advantage. China’s software outsourcing enterprises are faced with the great challenges of inadequate supply of talent. According to CCID Consulting releases the2005-2006annual report of China’s software outsourcing service market research shows that the scale of China’s software outsourcing market reached$920million, solving the problem of software outsourcing enterprises’human capital lose has important significance. This paper analysis the HW software outsourcing enterprises’internal human resource management characteristics, combined with empirical research on the influencing factors for human resource lose.In this paper, the main research methods including surveys, interviews, literature research. The analysis is on the basis of extensive literature research questionnaire designed to study the software outsourcing enterprise employee turnover influencing factors and processing of data through the questionnaire and SPSS software to identify the main factors the impact of software outsourcing enterprise employee turnover, and proposed specific strategies for talent retention. The main research results are factors affecting the HW software outsourcing enterprise’s staff turnover intention, and come to the following conclusions:age, education and work experience of the personal characteristics of employees and incentives, leadership ability and style, personal and professional development, and corporate culture have strong positive correlation with employee turnover intention. The limitations of this paper is that it selected only a single enterprise to research thus findings may lack universal applicability conditions of application of research findings.
