Study About Quality Management In NS Company TD LTE Research Project

Quality is the foundation of the company to be survived in the world. People is givinghigher quality expectation for the products and service along with the development of thesociety culture and economic. In order to meet customer requirement and get furtherdeveloped, the company need strengthen their quality and that is the most critical thingthey can rely on. The importance of quality management is now recognized. It does notonly guaranteed company get access to the market but also bring the new way ofdeveloping the company to be better and generate more profit. Currently in China, qualitymanagement is getting popularly applied in volume production company but not in all kindof companies. Especially in program/project management based research and developentity, quality is not in high priority and so they are lack of quality management method.This paper takes TL9000theory, process quality control method and quality culturetheory into use to analyze the problems happened in program/project based qualitymanagement area. Take NS company TD LTE4G project as example to study the problemand define the solutions such as establish the TL9000quality management system inproject team, deploy “Zero defect”, design review and RCA/EDA into project managementand studied how to build the quality culture in the project team. All of those solutions havebeen contributed to improve the quality of NS company TD LTE projects. That paper isgiving reference for other companies about how to improving the quality in a R&D projectas well.
