At present, with the rapid development of society, enterprises have to remain invincible, grow rapidly and create new situation when they face complex and variable economy environment and keen competition in the market at any time. The key to the question depends "human factors" in the enterprises. Competition between different enterprises is talents competition. To the enterprises, how to attract suitable employees, how to retain talents and excite their activities, initiatives and creativities is the core task as human resources management for modern enterprises. However, to establish a set of internal equitable and external competitive compensation system is the main problem to be solved for the modern enterprise management. This thesis finds out the main problem existed in the company LD about compensation management, analyzes the main reasons arisen before and introduces pertinent solutions from several aspects by using questionnaire survey and topic interview. Finally, this thesis redesigns and lays out a set of realistic and feasible compensation system for company LD in order to solve questions about compensation system in LD, reduce staff turnover rate, retain&attract talents and speed up economic benefits and comprehensive strength.
