In the enterprise human resources management,the salary management is an important content.From the point of view of the overall strategy of the enterprise,the salary is not only an employee's salary and welfare calculation and payment,but also more conducive to scientific and reasonable salary management to effectively support the development of the overall strategy of the enterprise.LK 2003 after the restructuring of state-owned enterprises to Industrial Co.,Ltd.,in 2009 by the state-owned Asset Holding Companies jointly funded the formation of LK.Its state-owned Asset Holding Companies XX aluminum(Group)Co.,Ltd.in 1950 s preparation,construction started in 60 s,is now owned by Aluminium Corp.LK company after 7 years of development,the company has made certain achievements in institutional and cultural construction,but with the deterioration of the industry environment,rising labor costs,staff mobility increased,after several compensation reform but ineffective,related problems become increasingly serious.Therefore,starting from the construction of the company's salary management system,it is an important issue in the development of the company.Due to the construction of compensation system is a systematic project,involving a wide range of content and scope.During the salary design,there are two tendencies,one is to realize enterprise profit maximization goal,therefore,as little as possible to pay employees in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of operation;another kind of most of the enterprises in the salary system design,easy to appear the following two kinds of Views: one is hard to balance is the enterprise in order to maximize revenue,reduce the operation cost of the enterprise,it should be possible to give compensation;another is more to the staff as the most important resources of enterprises,more emphasis on the use of compensation to strengthen to motivate employees effectively so as to enhance employee satisfaction.Therefore,this paper will design and optimize the salary comparison of domestic and foreign enterprises practice case basis,combined with the modern compensation system theory,based on practical,scientific and reasonable principle,the introduction of modern enterprise management concepts,the first study of the existing salary system of LK company,find out the existing problems at the same time,the causes of the problem analysis foundation last,combined with the company's future strategic development goals,to optimize the existing salary system,in order to realize the compensation system of LK company can become a strong support for the development of corporate strategy,competitive fairness of the internal and external,to lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the company.
