Entering the World Trade Organization is the benchmark for the coming of Knowledge Economy, which causes a greater sense of crisis in Chinese enterprises. The quality of management mechanism of marketing, R&D and operation is the key point to the survival of enterprises. With the market openness to foreign enterprises extending further, the competitive defects of Chinese enterprises becomes clearly, advantages of low human-cost disappeared. Therefore, Chinese enterprises are facing the human capital (cost) management and how to gain competitive advantage. Companies demand low compensation, high producing efficiency and loyalty to achieve low staff management cost. However, for the employees, low or improper salary will lead to good staff quit and abnormal working conditions. Obviously, compensation management is the important task for studying.Based on the introduction of impartial theory, the author analyzes the impartial problems. With the theory and the difference principle, instant adjustment principle, two-ends principle and objectiveness principle, the author try to find how to establish the impartial compensation in our enterprise by a fair scientific way and a good communication.There is great difference between Chinese and foreign compensation systems, the research on impartialness in compensation motivation shall be guided by our countries conditions and enterprises practical operation. The result in this paper can be a valuable for reference.
