In recent years, with the application and development of the mobile Internet, the obstacle produced by the geographical, environmental, time and other factors have no longer existed. Enterprises are inevitably involved in more intense market competition,so that the traditional management modes, management methods and organizational structures are strongly influenced. In this situation, if the enterprises want to keep sustainable development, it is imperative to improve corporate cultural construction, which will become the key to maintain the competitive advantage. Hence, how to effectively disseminate the corporate culture within the enterprise will become a naturally pivotal issue focused by the entrepreneurs and researchers. Therefore, this thesis will research the effects of organizational trust on cultural internal communication, so as to further discuss how to spread corporate culture more effectively.First of all, through the study and analysis of relevant theories, we find many researchers have noticed the importance of trust to corporate culture. But the specific impacts of organizational trust are lack of empirical and systematical studies. Therefore, this thesis will concentrate on the relationship between organizational trust and the communication effect of corporate cultural. Meanwhile, we will divide the correlation into three sub-problems: the first one is the components of organizational trust and culture communication effect and their mutual relations; the second one is the influences of organizational trust on internal communication; the third one is to measure the exact effects of two control variables, namely personal attributes and corporate attributes, to the organizational trust and corporate culture communication.Secondly, the thesis reorganizes the domestic and international established scales, and utilizes correlation analysis, multiple regression and other statistic methods with SPSS19.0 to analyze the data collected by questionnaire. Based on these, this thesis proves the following hypothesis: two control variables have significant effects on organizational trust and corporate culture communication effect. The components oforganizational trust and culture communication effect have tight connections;organizational trust has a positive influence on corporate culture internal communication. Furthermore, institution-based trust causes more obvious influences on corporate culture internal communication than the interpersonal trust. Concerning the interpersonal trust, compared with affect-based trust, cognition-based trust can produce more significant impacts on the corporate culture cognition of staff. In addition, for the staff’s attitude and behavior, the affect-based trust brings about more remarkable effects than cognition-based trust. Finally, based on these findings, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about how to enhance the level of organizational trust and the effect of internal communication corporate culture, hoping to provide some valuable references for researchers and managers in the related field.
