With the development of Chinese economy high speed, large enterprise groups more and more to gain more competitive advantage, out of the local, regional development. Real estate group because of its industry characteristics, in order to get the maximum land resources, keep the enterprise competitive advantage, cross-regional operation and development has become an inevitable trend. However, in the real estate project of regional development and expansion process, in terms of technology, capital, raw materials and human resources supply and demand due to different geographical differences, especially human resource management difference is particularly important. How to effectively implement the enterprise human resources management differences across regions, different regions, different cultural background, how will the business index and the system effective implementation and enforcement, to maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise, is the real estate enterprises are facing difficulties.Regional human resources management and strategic human resource management difference is outstanding "regional", elaborates the human resources management from the meson level, the study involves the whole area, analysis of the current status of human resources in the region, prediction of regional human resources development trend, as well as the human resources development approach, for the development of the regional development of human resource management policy.
