Since the21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, human beings have stepped into an entirely new era of knowledge economy. As it’s known that the intelligence creates wealth, the knowledge-based employees who own knowledge and have the ability to work innovatively with the knowledge have become one of the most important resources for companies to get and maintain their competiveness advantages. The characteristics of knowledge employees are of being higher overall quality, strong self-independence, strong will of self-realization, extreme fluidity and changes, great difficulties in work process and inconvenience to evaluate the work results. Therefore, it’s a great difficulty for present companies’HR management and the study emphasis of HR management experts and scholars for how to strengthen the management on knowledge-based employees and improve the loyalty of those kinds of employees. Current studies on knowledge-based employees’loyalty are mainly based on how to reduce the employee demission rate but not the category management, so the companies normally cost much on knowledge-based employees’loyalty management.This article is based on summarizing the previous study results of employee loyalty, characteristics of knowledge-based employees and influencing factors of knowledge-based employees’loyalty and combine the Psychological contract theory to summarize the influencing factors knowledge-based employees’loyalty, which are work itself, work environment, work reward, company culture and employee development. At the same time it proposes the knowledge-based employees’ loyalty management evaluation model based on the above factors. Through the case studies on knowledge-based employees’loyalty of MacDermid Incorporated Panyu Company, it was found that the knowledge-based employees’loyalty gave low evaluation on work environment, work reward, company culture and employee development of the company. So it proposes the measures and program for promoting knowledge-based employees’loyalty from HR management mechanisms, compensation incentive strategy, employee career development and company culture. It also induces ABC classification to manage knowledge-based employees in classification and set up different loyalty management targets, which is to improve the loyalty of classification A key knowledge-based employees, promote the reasonable fluidity of classification B knowledge-based employees and select the superior and eliminate the interior of classification C knowledge-based employees. With these measures it can reduce company’s HR cost, promote company energy and strengthen the company’s core competitiveness.
