The diagnosis and evaluation of human resources is a very important in the field of human resources management, is to improve the efficiency of human resource management system, and is an important means to improve the human resources efficiency and contribution, has the important status in the modern human resource management practice and use. This paper starts from the basic theory of human resources diagnosis, diagnosis and comprehensive analysis of Baiyin green agricultural science and technology demonstration park, human resources, through statistical analysis of the diagnostic criteria and project, present situation and problems of Baiyin green demonstration garden of agricultural science and technology human resources, and according to the diagnostic data drawing BaiYin green demonstration garden of agricultural science human resources diagnosis reportAccording to the results of the diagnosis, BaiYin green agriculture science park, the total supply of human resources, age structure, department structure, technical title structure and the recruitment and training mode is not science.
