Foreign invested enterprise play a very important role in our nation’s economy development, which compensates the fund shortage of domestic construction, improves the technology and management level, supplies more job opportunite. Foreign invested enterprise has been occupied an important place in our nation’s economy system, which is one of a main force of export economy in three drivers of our nation’s economy development. The foreign invested enterprise is economy’s development pillar in Dongguan Guangdong province where my work palce. Dongguan, named "factory of the world", is a typical new city developed by foreign investment, which achieved the goal of making good use of foreign investment by establish Sino-foreign cooperative enterprise, Sino-foreign joint venture&foreign-funded enterprise. In2010, the GDP of foreign invested enterprises is up to76.9%of the total GDP in Dongguan. Foreign invested enterprise is the mainstay of Dongguan economy development.Enterprise development is inseparable with fund."Fund called cash in financial management, including cash on hand and deposit for pay"."Availability of cash is the life of an enterprise. One enterprise will perish without available cash". Fund is the blood for foreign invested enterprises, which playing such important role in domestic economy development. This paper provides an analysis on the practice and theory of fund management, discloses the process of fund management by choosing specific foreign invested enterprise, KINRI, a Japanese-affiliated company as study object.This paper analysised the international and domestic situation, and its own fund management operation characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise with PEST and SWOT menthodes, discussed the theory and practice of foreign capital enterprise capital management and revised irs process detail. According to detail analysis of foreign invested enterprises’fund management, this paper generalized the common process and summed up the common regularity of the fund management in foreign invested enterprises. Achieving the parent company of profit maximization is the foreign invested enterprise’s goal in the process of its self fund management. In fund management process, foreign enterprises shoud adapt to China’s special capital supervision environment to meeting their normal business needs; In addition, foreign small and medium-sized enterprise in order to realize the dynamic balance and arbitrage as the capital management goal.
