Research About Constructing Pan Zhihua As The Regional Central City

The development of the world and our country suggests that, urbanization is an important means to promote national economic. And cultivating regional central cities have become the inevitable choice to promote urbanization. Central cities play a very important role in promoting regional development, Accelerating the construction of regional central cities have become general consensus. In Sichuan Province, the urban system is irrational, Chengdu is advancing rapidly, and other cities can’t compare with it in scale, financial strength, the level of science and technology and infrastructure, it is difficult to promote the development of the whole area. Consequently, cultivating regional central cities have become an urgent task for the construction of urban system. As an important industrial city, Conditions of cultivating central city are yet ready in many aspects. What’s more, The construction of regional central city for Pan Zhihua, can bring along Panxi area advanced, is of great importance for regional development.The thesis is divided into four parts. Thirdly, it analyze the superiority and inferiority of internal environment, the opportunity and threaten of External environment. Finally, on the basis of the above, it put forwards corresponding countermeasures.The last part of the thesis serves as a brief conclusion., and point out the innovations and shortcomings.
