Research On Evaluation Of Regional Coordinated Development In The Central Area Of Yibin City

With the China’s rapid economic development and the quickly urbanization level growth, for the reason that the population,residential, industry and public facilities of the city center concentrated, the city’s operating faced unprecedented pressure. The city center area’s single center and pie outward, caused the regional gaps have constantly widened, the regional comprehensive competitiveness is not high, limited the further developments. The comprehensive competitiveness of city is in control, which hindered the further development of city. Face these problems, many large cities have expanded the city center and built area and reconstruct the urban to clear the obstacles of city development. The urban planning and urban construction practice of our country has proved that the city planning of urban regional harmonious development has played a desired effect in recent years. But also appeared a series of urbanization in our country city disease. Such as urban environmental problems, traffic problems and many difficulties between old and new connection.The thesis is based on this background, from the perspective of regional coordinated development, explore the relationship of the coordinated development between new construction and old area of the city center of Yi Bin, summarizes the specific methods and contents based on regional coordinated developments, to build the regional coordination evaluation index system of city center areas, using dimensionless method to let data standardization, and using the entropy method to confirm the weighted value of indicator system. Based on these, the vertical and transverse lateral evaluation model are established, respectively are comprehensive evaluation system based on grey correlation degree and comprehensive evaluation system based on coordinated development degree. Using these methods to assess the coordination degree about inner and external of central urban area to provide a reference to guide the planning and construction of center districts.Research scope of the thesis:This thesis mainly studies the coordinated development degree of old and new city, mainly includes the coordination between the old and the new city, the news’ and the internal of city center.Main conclusions of the thesis:(1) According to the longitudinal evaluation result, one city and four areas of Yibin, the grey correlation value of Sanjiang downtown is 0.7001, the interior is in good coordination; the grey correlation value of Mingjiang area is 0.6736, it is in good coordination; the grey correlation value of Lingang area is 0.6104, it is in good coordination; the grey correlation value of Jingsha area is 0.5579, it is in general coordination; the grey correlation value of Nanxi area is 0.6007, it is in good coordination. Regional development of Yibin is not balanced.(2) According to the transverse evaluation result, the numerical of static coordination development degree about Yibin is 0.70. The level of overall coordination development is in a state of good coordination. The city center of Yibin need to strengthen cooperation. Regional harmonious development to economy, society, resources and environment coordination to promote regional coordination.(3) As the core of Yibin city, Sanjiang downtown agglomeration a lot of talents and industries, the coordinated development of the highest level compared with others. Here have lots of problems which will cause a certain burden to the environment in Sanjiang downtown and Jingsha area, such as the large population density and fewer natural resources per capita; although Jingsha area is in the leading position in of Yibin city, not according to its position, to realize the leading industry and achieve the goal of population evacuation; in terms of culture, the history, celebrity and rivers culture failed to fully embody in the urban.(4) Based on the view of the concept of regional harmonious development, the construction of Yibin city center should have a clear division of responsibilities; strengthen urban internal, new district and the transport links between central city and new city; increase service scope of public facilities and achieve the goal of "cover completely, service in place"; play the advantages of various regions, optimize the industrial space layout and integration of industry development; in terms of culture, the history, celebrity and rivers culture should blend in the city culture; strengthening the protection of ecological environment, improve the image of the city and constructing ecological safety pattern.
