Organizational politics has become an important aspect of human resourcemanagement reseach. Perception of organizational politics generally exists in theorganization>so organization should reduce the perception. Due to the influence ofChinese traditional culture, our organizational politics is different from Western, andorganizational politics atmosphere is thicker. In the rapid change knowledge economyera, this paper reseachs from dynamic psychological contract, so in the dynamicenvironment, enterprise and employee do proper correction of psychological contract.Cynicism was studied more early in Wsetern, but less in our country, and it is still in theconcept definition and prove phase. Relatively speaking, Chinese scholars of this fieldis relatively scarce. Perception of organizational politics directly affects enployees’attitudes and behavior and so on, and also through the psychological contract violationindirectly affects employees’ attitude and behavior and so on.Based on this, this dissertation is to propose, and empirically test an model andhypothesis of POP, PCV and EC in China.This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter1is Intruction. It mainly analyzes thebackground, purpose, methods, thinking, and framework of the topic. Cahpter2reviewsthe related reseach, mainly reviews the reseach related to POP, PCV and EmployeeCynicism. Chapter3is reseach design, mainly to build the model and put forward thehypothesis. Chapter4is Statistics and Data Analysis, use SPSS19.0carried outstatistical analysis on the result of the formal questionnaire, verify hypotheses andreseach conclusion. Chapter5is conclusion and suggestion. Targeted to themanagement of the manager put forward the corresponding suggestion, according to theempirical reseach conclusions, and points out deficiencies of this study and the reseachprospects.The main results of this reseach are showed as follows. Firstly, self-interestedbehavior and standard and development dimension has weak positive correlation; andinterpersonal dimension has significant positive correlation. Pay and promotion andinterpersonal and development dimension has significant positive correlation; andstandard dimension has low positive correlation. Colleagues relationship and standardhas weak positive correlation; and interpersonal and development dimension hassignificant positive correlation. Secondly, self-interested behavior and belief has lowpositive correlation, and affection and behavior have weak positive correlation. Pay and promotion and belief, affection and behavior have significant positive correlation.Colleagues relationship and belief, affection and behavior have significant positivecorrelation. Thirdly, standard dimension and belief, affection have low positivecorrelation; and behavior has weak positive correlation. Interpersonal dimension andbelief, affection and behavior have significant positive correlation. Developmentdimension and belief, affection and behavior have significant positive correlation.Finally, psychological contract violation plays partial intermediary between perceptionsof organizational politics and employee cynicism.In order to give full play to employees’ work enthusiasm and initiative, in thispaper, put forward some suggestions to managers on the basis of the above reseachconclusion. first, face organization politics, control political consciousness level, andreduce the effect of organizational political consciousness. Second,establish atransparent and fair competition platform, provide employees with a clear careerdevelopment path, avoid “nepotism”,“guanxi door” and so on, has the ablity to do, alsocan let it be a “juren wei xian”, but instead of “juren wei qin”. Third, cultivate the spiritof employee ownership, make employees more involved in the company’sdecision-making, let every employee understand that he is affect the company’sperformance. Forth, strengthen communication between the employees. Fifth, whenstandard, interpersonal or development psychological contract violation is higher, it canimprove self-interested behavior and colleagues relationship, or reduce pay andpromotion to enhance employees’trust in the organization.
