Perceptions of Organizational Politics and employee silence,as two topics to be avoided in organizations,have long drawn widespread attention in the field of organizational behavior and human resources.Based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of individual-organization fit,this paper aims to explore the relationship between organizational political perception and staff silence,as well as the relationship between organizational political conscio usness and staff's silence from the perspective of organization and individual level respectively.Regulatory effect.Firstly,this study defines the definitions and dimensions of the four variables of organizational political consciousness,employee's silence,organizational identity and due diligence through literature review at home and abroad.Based on the existing research results,this study starts from the social exchange theory and personal-Based on organizational fit theory,this paper constructs a model of the impact of organizational political perception on employees' silence and puts forward hypotheses,in which organizational identification and due diligence are two regulatory variables.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars' research on how organizati onal politics perception affects employee's silence is slightly insufficient.This study extracts organizational identity(organizational level) and conscientiousness(personal level)variables from two levels to study the impact of organizational political perception on employee's silence,and it has a certain complement ary effect on the field of employee's silence and organizational political perception.Through the study of this article,it is well understood that the emergence and functioning mechanism of organizational politics will also help organiz ations and employees take preventive and control measures to eliminate or reduce the negative impact of organizational political perception.In addition,through the discussion of the two-level adjustment variables,it also provides reference for enterprises to establish their own organizational culture atmospher e and attract talents.In this study,a total of 270 questionnaires were distributed,211 question naires were excluded after invalid questionnaires were excluded.Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted by SPSS and other statistical software to draw conclusions:(1)Organizational political awareness had a significant positive impact on employee silence;(2)Organizational identification negatively regulates the impact of general organizational political awareness on employee silence;(3)Organizational identification negatively regulates the effect of coworker relationship on employee silence;(4)Defective negative regulation of general organizational political awareness of employees Silent effect;(5)Duty negatively adjusted the impact of salary promotion awareness on employees' silence.
