| The delay in delivery is a common phenomenon in the production ofmanufacturing enterprises, and also a troublesome problem to the production manager.In order to alleviate or eliminate this phenomenon well, this paper takes the CTfactory as research background, for some of its products delays in delivery problemsstart from the point of view of the compressed production cycle, use IE and improvetechniques to analyze this problem, compression scheme and program implementationand evaluation of the finalization of its production cycle.The CT is a high-tech enterprises, which main production drill sales to overseas.It is also facing a problem of long production cycle because of the rapid developmentof enterprises. During the production Practice, the face of the enterprise "how to solveproduction demands, emotionally, so based all of this, the paper set to study. Throughthe review and research management experience and improvement methods of theforeign advanced manufacturing enterprises, the paper discovers that industrialengineering (referred to as IE) contributes to the development of the developedcountries such as America, Japan and so on, IE technology to improve and enhancethe performance of the production efficiency at the production site is particularlyprominent. Practice has proved that the technology of industrial engineering iseffective method to improve the enterprise production site. Therefore it is taken CTfactory as an example, from the production site for the plant delivery time is too long,using IE technology to shorten the delivery time by means of compression productioncycle to discuss the idea.The paper researches and analyses the development and application of IE athome and abroad, and the basic situation of China’s manufacturing industryapplications, IE application in China summarized as procedure analysis, job analysis motion study, principle of motion economy, standard time analysis, line balancing,5W1H, and comprehensive elaboration and summarizes the application of the seventechnical methods. The paper takes the compression method to solve the problem ofthe enterprise production cycle from the delay in delivery problems and productionsite analysis. At the production site analysis, it use the diagram method to analyzefrom five aspects of personnel, machine, material, method and environment, then it iscombined with AHP method according to the special structure of causality diagram,so as to realize the transformation from qualitative analysis to the quantitativecalculation, through the weights determine the important influence factors of lengthyprocess, absent standard working hours and standard operation and production lineimbalance,then according to these factors to establish the compression method ofproduction cycle system model based on IE, on this basis put forward the optimizationdesign including process flow, operation standards, standard time, line balanceimprovement as the main content of improvement plan and the plan has carried on thepreliminary evaluation.The purpose of this article is that on the one hand combined with the actualsituation of China’s manufacturing enterprises, explains how to use IE technology tosolve some of the problems that exist in the production site, thus enabling enterprisesto improve production efficiency under the premise of ensuring product quality, and toimprove the company’s core competitive ability on the other hand, it aim at taking thispaper as an example to guide the factory usage the IE technology and can allow to theIE theory method in manufacturing enterprise comprehensive promotion andapplication. |
